For the install itself, we bring in experienced, vetted crews we work with regularly — so you get specialist craftsmanship plus direct owner accountability. For 2026 Utah pricing, fully installed: laminate $3–$6/sqft, LVP $5–$8/sqft, hardwood $8–$12/sqft, tile $7–$14/sqft. Removal of old floor adds $1–$2/sqft. We give you a fixed written number after the in-home measure — and we don't change it mid-job.
5-year written workmanship warranty. If a board lifts, gaps, squeaks, or cups because of how we installed it — we come back and fix it free. Material warranties on top of that come from the manufacturer (typically 25–50 years on hardwood).
Most jobs: 1–3 days. A single room is often same-day. Whole-floor remodels are typically 2–3 days. We don't drag jobs — our crews stay on yours until it's done. We give you the timeline in writing before we start.
